Chicago Fire FC sought to boost ticket sales and acquire new fans for an upcoming home game against Saint Louis FC while ensuring a positive return on ad spend. They partnered with StackAdapt, leveraging its multi-channel advertising solutions and the StackAdapt Pixel to enable transparent conversion tracking to Ticketmaster.
StackAdapt executed a full-funnel campaign—prospecting with Browsing Audiences, Interest & Intent and 3rd-party segments, retargeting users to Ticketmaster landing pages, and using DOOH, CTV, OLV and display to drive conversions. With StackAdapt’s pixel and Ticketmaster passback values for attribution, the campaign produced 16,639 clicks to Ticketmaster, 599 conversions and a 122% ROAS, surpassing the 100% ROAS goal, and Chicago Fire FC continues to work with StackAdapt.
