People First, a peer-to-peer creator marketing firm working on behalf of Precerv, needed to reach a niche audience of politically influential women’s health advocates and generate leads across the funnel at a cost-efficient rate. To do this they partnered with StackAdapt and its programmatic platform and Creative Studio to target and engage hyper-relevant users.

StackAdapt implemented hyper-targeting (browsing audiences, 3rd‑party segments, geotargeting, retargeting), custom HTML5 form-fill units and native creative, and platform optimizations like weighted conversions and performance-based budget allocation. The campaign delivered 13 million impressions and a unique reach of 6.3 million users, generated 367 form-fill leads (added to the CRM), 3,089 engagements, a 0.12% CTR and a $2.73 eCPM, demonstrating StackAdapt’s ability to efficiently drive awareness and lead generation.
