By running targeted Candidate Search, proactive outreach and A/B-tested job listings (integrated into their ATS) via Stack Overflow, Tails.com significantly expanded its talent funnel and employer visibility among developers. Stack Overflow became their best-performing hiring source, helping hire one quarter of the engineering team in 12 months and supporting the overall tripling of the engineering department, while improving reach and application conversion.
