Pfizer - Customer Case Study

We needed to build a complete credit returns system to replace the entirely manual paper based system that was previously in place. We build an ASP.NET application using a custom workflow engine to address this challenge. There is now a mostly automated workflow system in place that manages the entire process of credit returns, and frees up multiple resources for other work. We used these technologies: ASP.NET 3.0 and SQL Server 2005.
