Media Monitors - Customer Case Study

Media Monitors is Australia's only national media information company and is the largest provider of customized information services. Media Monitors required that AC Nielsen ratings data (demographically related) be provided on the transcripts, tapes and recordings they provide to customers. These come in as CSV files. SSW created a utility in Visual Basic 6.0 for the manual import of CSV files from this ratings agency, and modified the associated Word templates and population functions to handle this data.
