Swedish Agro, a provider of agricultural machinery, faced the challenge of storing over 23,000 spare parts of widely varying dimensions in a single warehouse to supply its 25 workshops. To solve this, they partnered with vendor SSI SCHAEFER to implement a comprehensive storage solution.

SSI SCHAEFER implemented a system featuring pallet racking, cantilever racking for long items, and two SSI LOGIMAT® vertical lift modules that store 16,000 smaller parts. This solution optimized the use of space and allowed Swedish Agro to guarantee next-day delivery for all orders received by 3:30 p.m., ensuring high spare parts availability and strengthening their position in the region.
