DUCAJU, a Belgian packaging specialist, was facing capacity constraints as its sales grew, operating from two separate warehouses. The company needed to merge its storage into a single, more compact new building while significantly increasing storage capacity and preparing for future automation. They partnered with SSI SCHAEFER for a holistic solution to this spatial and logistical challenge.

SSI SCHAEFER implemented an efficient storage concept featuring mobile pallet racking systems and SSI LOGIMAT Vertical Lift Modules. This solution allowed the new 2,600 m² warehouse, half the size of the previous space, to hold 6,900 pallet locations. SSI SCHAEFER delivered an 84% increase in storage capacity, providing DUCAJU with a future-proof, reliable, and space-optimized logistics operation.
