Secure access for robots to critical customer data

MOST Digital, a technology consultancy offering robotics-as-a-service, needed a simpler, more secure way for its developers and software robots to access dozens of customer environments and sensitive customer data — their VPN tunnels and customer-specific jump hosts were cumbersome to manage. They evaluated and selected SSH.COM’s PrivX to provide centralized, compliant access across cloud, hybrid and on‑premises systems.

SSH.COM implemented PrivX as a site-to-site gateway and SSO solution for machine and user identities, enabling role-based, just-in-time access, automated auditing and reporting, and fast provisioning. MOST Digital was able to set up a test environment in four hours, immediately discover customer VMs, eliminate ticketing bottlenecks for ad-hoc access, and demonstrate auditable, controlled robot access — boosting developer productivity, security and customer trust.
