Manchester Metrolink, the UK’s largest light-rail network (97 km, 8 routes, 120 trams and 93 stops), needed a user-friendly asset management system to track a comprehensive asset register, log faults, manage spares and warranties, produce performance data and provide controlled web access for multiple stakeholders as the network expanded and operators changed.

They chose Agility CMMS for its flexibility and linear-asset tools, linking documents and KPIs and integrating with other systems.
