Prompcorp is a privately owned Australian and New Zealand facilities management company (founded 1986) delivering a broad range of FM services across government, education, defence, healthcare, hospitality, retail and commercial sectors. In 2017 Prompcorp engaged SSG Insight to provide a tailored, flexible platform to align a “technology‑first” strategy with core business processes and meet a major client’s demanding SLA/KPI, reporting and audit requirements for work order, vendor and asset management.

SSG Insight implemented a customized Agility CMMS to capture reactive and scheduled work, automate workflows for quoting, approvals and multi‑contractor management, enforce KPIs and export job data to accounting for invoicing and payments. The solution created a single source of truth with client portals, streamlined business rules, simple invoicing and powerful drill‑through reporting and dashboards — enabling Prompcorp to scale the platform across clients such as BP Australia, Unilever and Bendigo Bank while continuing to expand asset and contractor management capabilities.
