Huge success of Agility in UK operation prompts global rollout for market leading manufacturing client ZND Group

ZND Group, a global market leader in temporary fencing and barriers with warehouses across Europe and beyond, needed a better way to manage more than 2,000 assets and a growing maintenance workload. The team wanted improvements in stock control and ordering, parts costs, shift handover communication, maintenance requests and scheduling, and overall production uptime.

ZND implemented Agility CMMS, led by their maintenance and stores managers with SSG support, to centralise work orders, enable real‑time asset tracking and proactive maintenance, and reduce paperwork. The system delivered faster fault diagnosis, higher labour utilisation, significant downtime reductions, improved traceability and reporting, and over £60K per year saved on parts; it has since been rolled out to additional warehouses and is planned for the US expansion.
