Sacred Heart College, a coeducational school in Sorrento, Perth serving about 1,400 students across a 7‑hectare campus with 31 departments and 160 rooms, needed a better way to manage and schedule reactive and planned maintenance around a complex timetable and the movement of students and staff.

In 2014 the college implemented AgilityCore CMMS to centralise asset and work management—creating a 650+ asset register, using a helpdesk to record ~110 reactive requests per month, and running jobs from iPads.
