Steinberg Global Asset Management, a Boca Raton–based investment advisor managing about $450 million in AUM, faced a time-consuming, error-prone billing process and relied on offline spreadsheets for revenue forecasting and client-specific fee calculations. Already using SS&C Advent’s Axys and Moxy systems, the firm needed an automated revenue management solution to improve billing accuracy, accommodate complex client customizations, and provide on‑demand forecasting.

SS&C Advent implemented Advent Revenue Center to automate invoice generation, receivables tracking, customizable fee rules, revenue-sharing reports, and integrated forecasting. The solution cut billing processing from about eight hours to about two hours, reduced errors and manual cleanup, made training easier, provided clearer receivables visibility, eliminated spreadsheet work for revenue sharing, and enabled scenario-based revenue forecasting for better cash‑flow management.
