Seizert Capital Partners, a Birmingham, MI–based asset manager overseeing about $4 billion, faced growing operational complexity as it expanded—manual billing and trade‑compliance processes had become time‑consuming and the firm needed a CRM and a consolidated technology platform. Seizert turned to SS&C Advent, building on its long history with Advent solutions such as Axys® and Moxy®, and sought to standardize systems and reduce risk while improving transparency.

SS&C Advent migrated Seizert from Axys to Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX), upgraded Moxy, and implemented Advent Revenue Center for automated fee billing and Advent Rules Manager for trade compliance. The integrated SS&C Advent platform eliminated many manual invoice calculations (about 40% of accounts had been processed manually), delivered quarter‑over‑quarter time savings and greater billing accuracy, improved compliance monitoring and reporting, and centralized client and prospect data to speed responses and enhance client communications.
