Marietta Investment Partners, a Milwaukee-based investment advisor managing $400 million in AUM, needed to restore a highly personalized client experience after losing confidence in a clunky, inflexible CRM that lacked cloud and mobile capability and easy integration with Axys and Charles Schwab. After evaluating options, Marietta selected Salentica CRM on Microsoft Dynamics 365 from SS&C Advent to provide a customizable, cloud-based client relationship platform.

SS&C Advent implemented Salentica CRM as the firm’s central hub for client interactions, lead tracking, bulk communications and workflow automation, with integrations planned for Axys and Schwab to ensure consistent data. The platform drove firm-wide adoption (portfolio managers now log calls and notes), institutionalized processes via Request Management, made it easy to identify clients due for quarterly contact, and reduced time and effort spent finding interaction history — enabling more proactive, personalized client service.
