Frantzen Capital Management, a Tampa-based five-person RIA focused on disciplined growth strategies, needed to stay competitive without adding staff or internal IT. To outsource operations and access best-of-breed technology, Frantzen turned to SS&C Advent’s Advent OnDemand platform, using Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX) for portfolio management and reporting and Moxy for trade order management.
SS&C Advent delivered an outsourced SaaS solution (Advent OnDemand with APX) plus the Moxy OMS, providing daily data reconciliation, centralized trading, and on-demand appraisal, performance and cash reports. The result: streamlined operations and eliminated internal IT support, scalability from one broker to five–seven broker relationships, and — as the firm notes — savings equivalent to “two or three more people,” while lowering costs and improving accuracy and reliability.
