Visser & Smit Hanab, part of the VolkerWessels network, needed a way to manage business travel and expenses while also adding a cloud-based intranet platform for sharing information across its 1000 employees. The company wanted new tools that could integrate cleanly with its existing environment, including SharePoint, SAP, and a credit card administration system. SRXP provided the travel and expense management foundation for this setup.

SRXP built a custom connection between its self-serve travel management system and Visser & Smit Hanab’s SharePoint-based intranet, creating an in-house travel platform for employee trip requests and expense handling. SRXP also delivered a credit card integration that linked receipts and statements, simplifying complex expense reports and supporting multiple card vendors. The result was smoother integration, reduced manual work, VAT compliance, and an estimated annual savings of €15,000 across 40,000 expenses and 1000 users.
