SkyTeam, the global airline alliance based at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, wanted to digitize its finance administration and reduce the time and manual effort spent on expense reporting. While it already used AccountView for finance, it still relied on a paper-based receipt and expense claim process, which was slow and cumbersome for employees and the finance team.

To solve this, SkyTeam implemented SRXP’s mobile expense reporting app, which integrated easily with AccountView and removed the need for manual training thanks to its intuitive design. With SRXP, SkyTeam streamlined expense processing, improved VAT compliance, and saved an estimated €2,800 per year, while handling 26,000 expenses for 70 users.
