Bugaboo, the Dutch consumer goods company known for designer prams and pushchairs, needed a better way to manage expenses as its international sales team grew quickly and traveled worldwide. Finance had lost control over expense management, while account managers were frustrated by the manual reimbursement process. Bugaboo turned to SRXP, using its expense management solution to address these challenges.

SRXP implemented a scalable, mobile expense workflow for Bugaboo, including offline expense capture, automatic synchronization, and later MasterCard credit card integration. This helped Bugaboo automate and digitize expense management for 450 users handling 150,000 expenses, while reducing manual work and improving VAT compliance. The company also reported an estimated annual saving of €20,000.
