In 2017, the vendor Squibble partnered with Entrust to launch the Gov Space platform for schools. By 2025, while the platform was stable and widely used, Entrust faced a shifting environment with higher user expectations and evolved design standards, creating an opportunity to strengthen their market position through a strategic refresh.

Squibble redesigned the platform from the ground up, creating over 50 screens for different user groups and implementing a complete design system for consistency and efficiency. This allowed Entrust to save time and money on future development. The results were significant, with the platform used by over 5,000 schools nationally, 500 schools registering in the first two days post-refresh, and 97% of users rating it as good or outstanding.
