MaxiAxi, an online retailer focused on service and fast delivery, wanted to improve product advice and personalise customer communication, but its first customer data platform was too difficult to use effectively. The company turned to Squeezely’s Customer Data Platform, introduced by marketing automation partner Bookerz, to make data-driven recommendations and easier campaign setup possible.
With Squeezely integrated into MaxiAxi’s marketing stack, customer and website data were matched to trigger automated, personalised email journeys such as browser abandonment, cart abandonment, cross-sell, and second-choice product campaigns. The result was a 14% increase in turnover from opened emails, and more than 24% of customers purchased within three days of receiving the cart abandonment email.
