How WHOOP, a leader in wearable technology, developed a consistent and repeatable visual standard to elevate its e-commerce presence

WHOOP, a leader in wearable technology, faced a challenge with inconsistent product visuals on its e-commerce channels due to working with various photographers on a one-off basis. This inconsistency made it difficult to scale content production. To solve this, WHOOP selected the vendor Squareshot for its product and on-model photography services.

Squareshot implemented a scalable, documented process for WHOOP, providing production services that included casting, on-model photography, and video assets. The solution delivered 134 on-model images, 72 product-only images, and 14 videos. This resulted in reliable, cohesive visuals deployed across WHOOP's member shop and new member acquisition site, eliminating the stress of managing different teams and providing a foundation for consistent presentation across all digital platforms.
