Intility, a rapidly growing managed service provider based in Oslo, Norway, delivers IT services to more than 600 companies worldwide. As its customer base expanded across 43 countries and 1,600 locations, Intility needed a way to give its service desk, engineers, and management fast access to data across a complex, multi-platform environment. It chose SquaredUp, using SquaredUp as its key monitoring and dashboarding tool alongside SCOM and other data sources.

SquaredUp helped Intility unify and surface operational data from tools including SCOM, Splunk, Elasticsearch, Azure Log Analytics, Twilio, and custom ITSM/CMDB systems into a single pane of glass. The result was broader IT engagement, faster troubleshooting, and growing user adoption across the organization, with license expansion from 10 users in 2015 to 250 users and continued growth thereafter. SquaredUp also helped Intility deliver meaningful dashboards to different audiences, from service desk teams to directors, supporting stronger service delivery at scale.
