Property Management Firm Cuts Process Times in Half with Square 9

Towne Properties, the fifth-largest privately held property management firm in the U.S., was struggling with slow, paper-heavy workflows across accounting, payroll, and operations — managing nearly 800 sets of books and thousands of statements and contracts that were exchanged by email and stored in filing cabinets. To simplify archival and retrieval and reduce document touchpoints, Towne Properties selected Square 9 Softworks and its solutions (GlobalSearch and GlobalCapture) after finding other options too costly or complex.

Square 9 Softworks implemented searchable archives and capture workflows (starting with bank statements and expanding to meeting financials, payroll forms, and historical agreements) and helped migrate the deployment to the Square 9 cloud. The result: staff can pull needed documents during meetings, turnaround times were significantly reduced (process times were cut by about half and days were removed from prior workflows), remote access improved, and customer confidence increased — all delivered with strong support from Square 9 Softworks.
