Child Evangelism Fellowship needed a fast, secure way to retain and share large volumes of HR, financial and compliance documents (including PPI) to meet retention policies and audit requirements while eliminating risky paper processes. To do this quickly, they turned to Square 9 Softworks and its GlobalSearch® cloud solution (implemented with partner Office Information Solutions) to digitize and centrally manage records across CEF Ohio’s 10 chapters.

Square 9 Softworks’ GlobalSearch cloud was deployed rapidly, giving staff credentialed, remote access to indexed records and eliminating fax/mail bottlenecks. CEF has stored about 3,700 documents to date, reduced audit collection time to less than 30 minutes across 10 chapters, improved financial and compliance reporting (including easier 990 compilation), and materially cut time and cost associated with searching and sharing sensitive records.
