Their administration team was losing significant time, spending up to three hours to locate a single physical document stored in boxes. This solution made documents easily searchable by reference number, drastically reducing search times. The implementation was highly adaptable, allowing for process changes during the project. As a result, nearly half of the historical documents have been imported into the system, and the administration team has regained significant efficiency.
