EZ GO Stores, a 22-store convenience chain operating in Oklahoma, Kansas and Nebraska, struggled with paper invoices piled in file cabinets that made finding and approving documents slow and required printing and physical routing. They needed an easy-to-use accounts payable solution that integrated with their PDI accounting system, and engaged Square 9 Softworks to deploy its GlobalSearch® content management platform.
