Austin Board of Realtors eliminates 15% of office paperwork with Square 9 Softworks

The Austin Board of Realtors (ABoR) sought to expand its green initiative by eliminating inefficient paper storage and photocopying processes. To meet this challenge, they partnered with Square 9 Softworks and implemented their GlobalSearch Enterprise Content Management software to digitally store, search, and manage document workflows.

Square 9's solution, which also included GlobalCapture and GlobalForms, automated numerous document processes. This resulted in significant time savings, such as the Member Services department saving 5-10 hours monthly and a two-month long process being reduced to 1-2 hours. Overall, the implementation boosted productivity by 10% in some departments and eliminated 15% of the office's paperwork.
