JackRabbit, a nationwide retailer of athletic gear with 60+ stores and a strong online business, needed to improve order processing, better allocate inventory across locations, and reduce shipping costs and delivery times. Its existing fulfillment system could not reliably optimize pick lists or route orders to the closest store, forcing frequent manual reconfiguration and causing errors during order spikes. JackRabbit turned to SQQUID for geo-routing, drop shipping, and other order logistics capabilities.

SQQUID implemented sophisticated fulfillment flows with double-queue order processing, shipment consolidation, geo-routing, and custom rules tied to inventory levels and customer proximity. The results included an average savings of $0.38 per shipment, delivery times reduced by up to 27%, lower man hours for order fulfillment, and 100% reliability compared with 75% before SQQUID. SQQUID also helped eliminate mis-processed orders during spikes and enabled JackRabbit to fulfill orders faster and more cost-effectively.
