Valencia Pipe Company (a VPC Global division) manufactures HOME-FLEX® CSST gas tubing and appliance connectors for retailers including Home Depot and Amazon. As order volumes, SKUs and plans to sell into Canada and new product lines grew, their manual order-entry processes became unsustainable and they needed a scalable, compliant EDI solution to support long‑term growth.

Valencia deployed SPS Commerce Fulfillment integrated with Sage 100 via MAPADOC to automate order, shipping and invoicing workflows. The solution handles hundreds of thousands of EDI documents annually, enabled drop-ship and e‑commerce expansion, supported new channels (Home Depot Canada, Amazon) and brand representation (e.g., Toto), grew SKUs dramatically and absorbed rising volume—shipping tens of thousands of units—without adding staff, with further barcode/labeling improvements planned.
