TAGG Logistics is a St. Louis–based 3PL that provides outsourced distribution, fulfillment and value-added services for mid‑market consumer goods and healthcare companies, serving both B2B and B2C channels. Faced with rapidly growing omnichannel order volume and the need to quickly connect with diverse retailers and new sales channels, TAGG needed a way to scale trading‑partner connectivity without complex point‑to‑point integrations.
By integrating SPS Commerce’s Universal Network with its fulfillment processes and existing WMS/TMS, TAGG gained a single connection that uses RSX to instantly link to trading partners and new channels. The solution sped onboarding, enabled processing of orders from sources like Facebook and Groupon, and connected TAGG to more than 30 high‑volume customers, turning transaction automation into a clear competitive advantage.
