Cooler Master, a Taiwan‑based maker of computer accessories (cooling fans, desktop cases) sold through major U.S. retailers like Amazon, Best Buy and Fry’s, faced a challenge: many retail customers require unique electronic trading (EDI) specifications, and Cooler Master needed an EDI partner that could both connect to those retailers and integrate with its TIPTOP ERP for operational efficiency.
