Select Brands, a third-generation family-owned small appliance company with a fast-growing eCommerce and wholesale business, struggled to keep up with rapidly rising order volumes. Manual order entry was consuming the team’s time, especially during holiday peaks, and made it harder for Select Brands to focus on customer relationships.

SPS Commerce helped Select Brands upgrade to Oracle NetSuite and automate its Fulfillment (EDI) processes natively within the ERP, connecting the company with 40 retail customers and 3PLs. As a result, Select Brands now runs the order-to-cash process more efficiently with fewer errors, and SPS Commerce estimates that two full-time order specialists can do the work that would otherwise require 10 to 15 people.
