A SPS Commerce Case Study
LAD Global Enterprises is a Kansas City–based contract manufacturer serving automotive, apparel, outdoor goods and medical sectors. The mid-sized supplier needed to scale its automotive business and distribute orders to multiple retailer DCs, but its legacy EDI provider created costly, slow integrations, poor order visibility and weak customer support between its AccountMate ERP and trading partners.
LAD Global switched to SPS Commerce’s cloud-based Universal Network and Retail Standard XML (RSX), enabling a single integration to SPS’s network and streamlined connections to nearly 40 trading partners (and access to 55,000 on the network). The move integrated key accounts like AutoZone and O’Reilly, connected its 3PL Smart Warehousing for automated U.S. and Canadian fulfillment, cut onboarding time and costs, improved operations and visibility, and helped the company win new accounts and grow profits.
