PetCulture is a start‑up online retailer (a joint venture between Woolworths and PetSure) selling pet food, toys and supplies. To deliver a superior customer experience and avoid costly stockouts, the company needed fast supplier onboarding and purchase‑order automation to ensure inventory visibility and timely order fulfillment.
PetCulture implemented SPS Commerce Community, using SPS’s staff, dashboards and proven onboarding process to connect vendors and automate EDI. Launched in 12 weeks, the program delivered an initial 85% supplier EDI compliance, enabled new vendors to be onboarded within 48 hours, and improved ordering efficiency and supply‑chain visibility.
