Nature Innovations EDI with SPS Fulfillment Helps Take Retailer Relationships to a New Level

Nature Innovations LLC makes ultra‑realistic outdoor landscape and home décor products (including its flagship REAL Planters™), manufactured in the U.S. from its Kerrville, Texas headquarters. As the company expanded rapidly to serve omnichannel retailers, it faced sharp increases in SKUs and inventory and needed to scale trading‑partner connections and fulfillment capabilities to meet retailer requirements and seasonal peaks.

By partnering with SPS Commerce and using Fulfillment and Retail Universe services, Nature Innovations added multiple fulfillment models (dropship, direct‑to‑store, bulk/cross‑dock), connected with a dozen+ online retailers within months, and integrated toward an enterprise ERP for centralized inventory and order processing. The results: SKUs grew from 6 to 19 in 2014, inventory rose from about 2,500 to more than 200,000 items, and the company achieved greater reach, scalability and streamlined retailer relationships.
