Maverik, a 270+ store convenience retailer in the Intermountain West, was expanding its fresh-food and product assortment but found its sales data trapped in silos and inaccessible to legacy systems, limiting timely category and consumer insights needed to guide merchandising and supplier decisions.

Maverik deployed SPS Commerce Analytics (“Mav‑Nav”), a cloud-based repository of fresh, aggregated data with an intuitive UI and vendor access, quickly rolling out 24 customizable reports and training internal and external users.
