Case Study: Swedish swimwear brand NikBen achieves fast, automated Australian fulfilment with SPS Commerce

A SPS Commerce Case Study

Preview of the NikBen Case Study

Luxury Swedish swimwear brand NikBen makes 15,500 km feel around the corner, as it takes on the Australian market

NikBen is a Stockholm-based luxury men’s swimwear label sold in 31 countries, known for playful designs and a human-first retail approach. To break into Australia — some 15,500 km from Stockholm — the brand needed to deliver the fast, reliable omnichannel fulfilment that retailers such as THE ICONIC and Harrolds demand while smoothing seasonal demand across hemispheres.

NikBen partnered with SPS Commerce to automate fulfilment EDI and web fulfilment, trading via EDIFACT with orders, invoices, acknowledgements, ASNs and GS1 labels, while SPS applies retailer requirement updates automatically. The integration sped up document exchange and shipping, gave transparent sales analytics, and let NikBen reliably fulfil Australian orders — closing the distance, meeting retailer SLAs, and freeing the team to focus on growth.
