Hyland’s integrated its Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP with SPS Commerce Fulfillment (with implementation support from Western Computer) to automate EDI 850/810/856 and later 940/945 transactions and UCC labeling. The move enabled retailer-compliant fulfillment, sped new-customer onboarding to days, improved vendor scorecard performance, and freed more than 180 staff hours per month—about $45,000 in annual savings.
