The Vitamin Shoppe, a national health and wellness retailer with nearly 700 stores and a growing e-commerce business, needed a more efficient way to manage rapid vendor turnover, maintain EDI compliance, and keep inventory accurate. Frequent new product launches and supplier onboarding made it difficult to avoid backorders, stockouts, and delayed invoice payments, so the company turned to SPS Commerce for help with its EDI and vendor compliance process.

As a result, The Vitamin Shoppe saw significantly higher auto-match rates for invoices, POs, and ASNs, a dramatic reduction in past-due orders, and faster vendor payments thanks to less manual work.
