Mattress Firm, America’s largest specialty mattress retailer, needed to improve complex delivery coordination, inventory and order visibility, distribution center productivity, and vendor compliance across an omnichannel supply chain. To support those goals, the company worked with SPS Commerce alongside its Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP upgrade and warehouse management system changes.

SPS Commerce helped Mattress Firm connect vendors to its platform and improve EDI-driven supply chain visibility through PO Acknowledgements and Advance Ship Notices. The result was faster vendor onboarding, better inventory and shipment tracking, and stronger customer experience management; in 2023, SPS Commerce helped Mattress Firm manage more than 630,000 drop-ship and ship-to-DC orders.
