Hello Bello, a fast-growing premium baby and personal care brand, needed a better way to manage rising order volume across retail, distribution, and direct-to-consumer channels. Before working with SPS Commerce, the team was manually entering orders and spending significant time on invoicing, which created workload and accuracy challenges as the business scaled.

SPS Commerce implemented SPS Fulfillment with Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration to automate order processing and invoicing. The solution cut manual work, eliminated many human errors, and helped Hello Bello process more than 120 weekly retailer orders more efficiently; invoicing Walmart alone dropped from about 12 hours of manual work to an automated flow, reducing invoice holds and improving accuracy.
