Grillo's Pickles, a fast-growing consumer goods brand, faced significant operational challenges as it scaled. Manual processes like handling orders through spreadsheets and PDFs led to shipping inaccuracies, chargebacks, and strained trading partner relationships. SPS Commerce automated Grillo's buy- and sell-side operations, integrating with their NetSuite ERP to streamline order-to-cash processes and reconciliation. This solution saved 40-60 hours of manual work per week and reduced a half-day reconciliation task to just 20-30 minutes. The automation allowed Grillo's to scale its order processing from 80 to over 400 orders per week during peak seasons and expand its trading partner network from 10 to over 46, fueling significant growth without adding customer service staff.
