Green Goo by Sierra Sage is a Colorado-based, mother/daughter/daughter-owned maker of all‑natural medicinal skin products (including lip balms, a skin protection stick and cold sore therapy). During a period of rapid growth the company faced a systems and retail-integration challenge: they were completing a NetSuite project but lacked EDI/omnichannel expertise to connect efficiently with major retailers and scale fulfillment.

They partnered with SPS Commerce, attended the SPS In:fluence conference to learn best practices, and adopted SPS Fulfillment and the SPS Retail Network to implement EDI and streamline order processing. As a result Green Goo secured new partnerships and retail distribution (including SHOP.COM, Walmart, True Value, Scheels, REI, Roundy’s and Vitamin Cottage), sped up partner onboarding, and freed time to focus on product development and continued growth.
