Crocs Analytics Initiative Helps Identify the Right Shoes for the Right Time and Place

Crocs, Inc., the global casual-footwear maker known for its clog-style shoes, sells 300+ styles through wholesale partners, crocs.com and over 500 branded retail locations worldwide. Rapid growth and omnichannel complexity — including long lead times, seasonal demand and the need to track trends across hundreds of styles and channels — made it difficult to align assortment, inventory and forecasting.

In 2015 Crocs implemented SPS Performance Analytics, a cloud-based solution to build KPIs and dashboards that identify winning products by region and season and inform assortment, inventory and forecast decisions. The platform gave Crocs clearer insight into sales drivers, enabling faster trend response, better inventory allocation, maximized peak-season sales and improved supply‑chain capacity planning.
