Brooks Running Co., a Seattle-based maker of high-performance running shoes and apparel selling worldwide, faced growing omnichannel complexity as running demand rose: most sales flow through retailers, customers research and buy across channels, and retailers—especially smaller ones—lacked the inventory visibility needed for fast, accurate fulfillment.
