Avondale Décor - Customer Case Study

Avondale Décor LLC, maker of the Allied Brass line with more than 26,000 SKUs, had tripled in size by selling through online retailers and wanted to expand into additional e-commerce channels while handling rapidly growing order volumes. The company’s challenge was finding well-matched retail partners and automating fulfillment and data flows to support high-volume, drop-ship operations without a burdensome manual process.

SPS Commerce used its Sourcing service to introduce Avondale to a national department store buyer and then integrated Avondale with the retailer using SPS Fulfillment’s EDI-enabled platform to automate orders and eliminate manual entry. The partnership was signed and onboarded quickly, SPS has since introduced Avondale to other retailers, and the company is now deploying SPS Assortment to streamline product attributes—resulting in faster retailer adoption, reduced errors, and increased online sales.
