AcuSport is a national distributor of outdoor and shooting-sports products serving 2,200+ retailers across all 50 states and representing nearly half of the retail market. The industry historically lacked retail-level sales visibility, leading to mismatched assortments, low in‑stock rates (as low as 40%), and manufacturers producing many products without clear consumer demand.

To fix this, AcuSport partnered with SPS Commerce to launch CustomerLink Exchange, a cloud-based POS analytics platform that shares retail sales data with manufacturers and retailers at no charge. The result: manufacturers cut back on unsellable SKUs, retailers improved assortments and saved buyer time, inventory turns rose two- to three-fold, fill rates climbed to about 80%, and participating retailers saw 50% year‑over‑year growth—positioning AcuSport as a strategic partner in the supply chain.
