Sun & Ski, a specialty outdoor retailer with 32 stores across 13 states, struggled to manage vendor shipping errors during peak seasonal shipments. Inaccurate carton contents and shipments were driving overtime, transportation costs, ghost inventory, excess inventory, and unhappy customers, while manual compliance chargeback processes were too limited to enforce vendor rules effectively.
