AGF Manufacturing, a U.S.-based maker of fire sprinkler system components, was struggling with high-volume PDF purchase orders from major customers. Because each customer’s PDFs used different layouts and frequently changed, AGF’s small customer service team had to manually key thousands of orders into NetSuite, creating daily bottlenecks, occasional errors, and difficulty keeping up during peak order surges.

AGF Manufacturing implemented SPS Commerce’s SPS PDF Order Automation to convert customer PDFs directly into electronic orders without changing customer workflows.
